PANORAMA RIDGE HIKE

... for 13 years of Canadian-German/Vancouver-Cologne/Dez-Jens friendship, hiking, kayaking and exploring the world & our worlds together ... could not think of a better way of celebrating it than bridging more than 3000 m in altitude and 34 km in distance in a single-day-12-hour-hike, losing the trail and finding it again in a joint effort as if hiking wasn't "the real life", feasting on hard boiled eggs, cucumbers, quinoa salad, some grilled chicken and lots of water ... actually, did I mention the odd bite of organic cashew trail mix - man, what a ceremonial act it was indeed !!! :-)
